Tuomo has more than three decades of experience across the full technology spectrum: from ASIC and hardware design, embedded systems and software engineering, to cloud services, data platforms, product management, service design, and organizational development. His career spans the full arc from hands-on development and architecture to product leadership, program management, customer-facing roles, service design, and organizational transformation — all the way to founding, consulting, and advising. He also holds several international patents from his years at Nokia.

This broad technical and product foundation is matched by long experience in leading complex change. Tuomo has supported companies in building predictable development flow, improving transparency, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and creating ways of working that enable both innovation and focus. He has coached leadership teams, trained Product Owners and Managers, facilitated cross-team coordination at scale, and helped establish value streams and operating models that support agility without over-reliance on frameworks.
